Alarice Fraticelli
Ali is the founder of ALIFIT, starting her journey in 2016. With over 7 years’ experience in corporate fitness and personal training she also enjoys training and teaching kickboxing and Muay Thai fighting. Ali prides herself on her resilience to find the maximum potential in her clients, having created a company that helps clients feel supported and motivated to reach their goals.

Jake Campey
Jake began his fitness in the British Army where he trained to be a Physical Training Instructor, since then Jake has been involved in several rugby teams around the world providing strength and conditioning coaching for athletes. Since moving to the corporate fitness world he has developed a strong desire for helping others feel happier and healthier within themselves through fitness and wellness.

Sandra Vasquez
Meet Sandra, our yoga teacher and assistant manager who aims to promote mental health and the mind-body connection through unconventional movements. Her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress and anxiety. Sandra incorporates functional fitness into her teachings, using real-life movements to help her students move with ease. She prioritizes creating a welcoming environment where all students feel comfortable and supported. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, playing with recipes in the kitchen, and finding creative outlets in art and fitness alike.

Karen Somer
I began practicing yoga in 2000 and realized it fit seamlessly into my active life style.
Not only adding strength, balance and flexibility but most importantly clarity of mind and
the ability to breath. With my teachers, encouragement, I became a certified 200 RYT
in 2010. I am also a Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. I combine my knowledge of
yoga with Ayurveda in my classes to offer my students a well-rounded practice. My
classes are fun and challenging always giving you the opportunity to push yourself
further. After years of practicing, I can say that yoga has changed my life. It has helped
me breathe in my journey of awareness and mindfulness.. I teach gentle, vinyasa and
restorative yoga in various private and class settings. I am forever grateful to my
teachers whom I continue to learn from.
